We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–5 working days. During busy periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been shipped.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may:

Unclaimed parcels returned to us may require an additional postage fee for resending.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

8. Address Errors
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
